The branch manager, Elisha or Lisha, is very unprofessional. During our phone call today she was constantly interrupting me. Once I brought this to her attention, she decided to tell me “I am going to disconnect the call and you can call back when you have calmed down”. I was not angry at all nor was my voice raised. Very unprofessional behaviour
I was at the TD branch in South red deer yesterday… Had the pleasure of being looked after by a young lady by the name of Sherry… She was absolutely amazing… Knew what the hell she was doing…friendly and enthusiastic about being there!!..And not once did she have to say,”I’m sorry”…which is like the team song for too many people in the service industry!!!
