This branch made me decide to switch to online banking with different branch. Worst customer service, Manager and teller don't know their own procedures or services they can provide. I wanted a simple transaction, and I was being asked to open another account just to move $500. I don't know who is training the tellers at this location, but that was insane while I'm trying to explain my transaction have been done before the manager starts giving me and the teller attitude on front of a long line of people.
Last time the atm gave me torn bills, this time it ate my card, I had to wait in line to get it, and they couldn't recover it so I had to replace my card.... it would be great if TD was interested in business instead of causing problems for clients.
Why did you guys start locking doors for ATM machine inside. Dec 26th outdoor ATM is broken and two machines are not accessible since doors are locked. Other banks seem to figure out how to keep that area available outside of business hours
The new ATM will dispense torn bills but won't accept them??? Isn't that backwards??
