Great service, fast and efficient. The customer service representative was in training and we wouldn't of know it for the badge he was wearing. He is excellent and very personable.
Jon and Linette have been excellent in helping us renew our mortgage for the first time. Also always had great customer service from the tellers, definitely recommend this branch in particular!
ZERO stars if I could. After nearly 20 years of being a loyal customer, both personally and professionally with my business, I’ve finally had enough of TD Canada Trust’s abysmal service, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customer care. One star because they did not have zero as an option. I tried to deposit cash into my sister's TD account but was told I could not because I was not a customer of TD. I have never heard of a bank refusing cash.. I can understand if I was trying to withdraw money, but I was depositing. TD will never get my business!
