Jon and Linette have been excellent in helping us renew our mortgage for the first time. Also always had great customer service from the tellers, definitely recommend this branch in particular!

One star because they did not have zero as an option. I tried to deposit cash into my sister's TD account but was told I could not because I was not a customer of TD. I have never heard of a bank refusing cash.. I can understand if I was trying to withdraw money, but I was depositing. TD will never get my business!

This branch made me decide to switch to online banking with different branch. Worst customer service, Manager and teller don't know their own procedures or services they can provide. I wanted a simple transaction, and I was being asked to open another account just to move $500. I don't know who is training the tellers at this location, but that was insane while I'm trying to explain my transaction have been done before the manager starts giving me and the teller attitude on front of a long line of people.
