Bad services i ever had, manager was rude. Worse customer service. Zero star if I could
Not sure why I still use this bank. The staff are great, just tired of the advertising when in the bank, the walk in bank machine being closed all the time, and a pathetic drive thru that was designed by a sub par engineer... I could go on and on....
Came to the bank and spoke to Linette, she was so rude didn’t want to speak to me at all, worst customer service
Great service, fast and efficient. The customer service representative was in training and we wouldn't of know it for the badge he was wearing. He is excellent and very personable.
