ZERO stars if that was an option. After nearly 20 years of being a loyal customer, both personally and professionally with my business, I’ve finally had enough of TD Canada Trust’s abysmal service, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customer care. Dealing with this bank has become an exhausting, frustrating ordeal — especially when dealing with small business account managers, who have consistently failed to provide even the most basic level of support or follow-through. Could update the web site to say your closed. That be nice.
Only giving 3 stars because I have had no problems with the bank, just need there extended hours back, even if Saturday could be open slightly later or like until noon Saturday or even 1 week day until 8, as I work 3 jobs and always have to take time off to go to the bank or rush to the bank before they close.
