Anastasia was a great help today with getting me my new card and helped me with more knowledge on savings accounts will definitely be opening a saving account here soon. usually it takes me awhile in the bank for simple things she made it quick and easy!
The fact the doors get locked to the ATMs isn't your customers problem. The homeless and people going in there can be dealt with by a simple security guard. It should be the banks responsibility to pay a security guard and have the doors to ATMs accessible for its customers at all times. This is also with the fact that half the time North TD and South TD ATMs are very often not even working. Your a bank, you have money.
Couldn't recommend them less. Went here for a business loan. Was told there'd be no issue as we own our house outright and can use it as collateral, so he just needed a couple days to inform us which type of loan and interest rates he could offer. Hello told us every day for a month he would have an answer "tomorrow". Then finally 3 days before the money was due said he couldn't get it for us. Now we could lose our deposit because of their incompetence if we can't find someone significantly faster.
