The fact the doors get locked to the ATMs isn't your customers problem. The homeless and people going in there can be dealt with by a simple security guard. It should be the banks responsibility to pay a security guard and have the doors to ATMs accessible for its customers at all times. This is also with the fact that half the time North TD and South TD ATMs are very often not even working. Your a bank, you have money.
Couldn't recommend them less. Went here for a business loan. Was told there'd be no issue as we own our house outright and can use it as collateral, so he just needed a couple days to inform us which type of loan and interest rates he could offer. Hello told us every day for a month he would have an answer "tomorrow". Then finally 3 days before the money was due said he couldn't get it for us. Now we could lose our deposit because of their incompetence if we can't find someone significantly faster.
I have been with TD for nearly 25 years and this visit was by far the best experience I have ever had. David was absolutely remarkable with helping my husband who is a newly landed permanent resident. He was exceptionally polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am thoroughly thankful and very pleased with having done business with David. I would highly recommend and would gladly do business with him again. The best experience I have ever had with TD all thanks to David!

This TD Bank in Red Deer Alberta Canada is one of the worst bank in Red Deer you can really talked with anyone in the actually bank they have very rude staff who work in this bank and the manager is one of the worst manager I ever deal with she really can't speak English and does not understand it they still haven't got my name right after I been to different bank and ask 3 different times now to actually get it right now and the online service is very poor it one of the worst bank I ever been in that is why I go to a differ... read more
