Great bank and good service
Worst location I have encountered. No tellers only one machine in lobby which is closed after hours. The drive thru machine is always down. This location is the absolute work example of a business. Makes me embarrassed to be a TD member.
Currently waiting in a 6 person line up with one till open
Too bad 'negative' stars are not allowed. Beware. Expect to be very frustrated. The Ryan Rd staff are particularly inept, and apparently, they do not care. Ignoring for the moment the several phone calls to online customer support, I had to made 4 trips to the branch, (taking up most of my day) to deal with an access card problem that prevented me from using online banking. It is nearly vacant. There is one teller working, and the office manager and other teller are talking about when they’re off while I’m standing in line. My query is met with an answer of call to get information. It’s frustrating to talk to 2 people on the phone to get an answer. It is an easy inquiry. Tired. Bring back customer service.
