Not managed staffing long waiting time.
My mother needed help with setting up some online banking, e-transfer, and paying off some bills while she was visiting from out of town. We went to the Manotic Toronto Dominion where we were greeted by Sara Williams who is the manager of customer experience. Sara was wonderful. Super friendly, helpful and took her time helping my mother set up her online banking, and downloading the app on her off phone for mobile banking. I wish I could give zero stars. The bank “manager” was completely useless. She came in hot when we were questioning the process and couldn’t be bothered to understand our concerns and explain the process properly. She told us they were too busy to properly serve us. Shame on you!!
Very friendly staff and clean place
Grumpiest most dimissive customer service from a teller named yasmine, I've recieved at a TD. I guess manager decided to hire tellers that give the LEAST amount of customer service with the grumpiest most dismissive attitude. Pity that it's at a high end location like manotick.
