I recently visited this bank and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service fell short of expectations, the staff didn’t seem very attentive or willing to help, and I left feeling that my concerns weren’t properly addressed. Today, Feb. 9th, 2026, I came in at 9:20am. It was closed even though it should be open at 9am. The reason is 'some staff didn't show up '. I was told that the open time changed to 10am. What a professionalism TD is following!
