Bought $2000 in gold and silver and asked td to deliver them to this location with the postal strike disabling regular home delivery. got a email from td saying they are shipping my gold to a bank in BC....every time i try to ask for the delivery to be shipped to the correct address i get ignored by the staff i speak to. This is how TD bank handles $2000+ orders of precious medals like gold and silver. DO NOT trust them with your money.
I opened an account here 30 years ago. Today I was belittled and spoken down to by one of the branch managers. After I asked them to wave a service fee because I had a very large balance in my account earning no interest for the last 6 months. I was told it was my choice not to earn interest. Closed my account on the spot.
