Financial advisor Teresa Todd is great. She is easy to work with as she helped me with my mortgage renewal and home equity flex line of credit to consolidate. Also quick response as we called and emailed back and fourth several times for questions with same day answers. People at the havelock branch are also easy to communicate with. Easier than going to a peterborough branch as I live in norwood. Thanks Chris

The bank staff are great. The ATM however is regularly is out of denominations that are actually useful. For example, I just tried to withdraw $40 while the minimum denomination allowable was $100. Not very helpful at all. Ended up at a non TD ATM in town and having to pay a surcharge for the experience. I don't know why, but I expect far more from one of Canada's big banks!
