They need security on April 4th 2026 I went to deposit funds , did not feel comfortable doing so do one homeless man sleeping on floor and another sitting inside smoking indoors. There is warming shelters and the resources in Bathurst should be used… the homeless should not be sleeping in the Bathurst td bank. If it’s not safe to deposit or access funds then I’ll switch banks. Im not going to pull out 600$ cash to deposit around unpredictable people who are talking to themself. I've been banking there for 30 yrs made a consumer proposal about a yr ago now when I go to the bank I get treated like crap especially from a certain teller that's been there for awhile service is slow and not friendly at all
The customer service is not amazing. I went once with my dad and the lady was all sweet cause she knew him, next time I went she was so rude to me.
So much for convenience. Only available during bank hours Monday to Friday
