This review is specific to this location (i wish I had the gentleman’s name at the front line who helped me) & the branch manager. After an AWFUL experience at the Kingsville location with both an advisor & the branch manager there, this location exceeded all my expectations and then some. All issues resolved with a positive, professional and friendly approach. Kingsville needs to take lessons from this branch manager. Listening goes a long way. Thank you for all your help and understanding.
My last few interactions with bank have been stellar!… Paul is a real asset to the branch along with counter staff.
I had an appointment at this branch hoping to set up a chequing account and try my luck with the $700 promo for opening this chequing account. The appointment went well. My most significant criticism would be I was not able to leave with my TD Access/Debit card after the appointment finished. I was told to return to this branch another day to pick up the card. June 18th 2025 I was speaking with the manager and was treated to a condescending attitude about the confusion with my tax return. I was made to feel like I couldn’t possibly understand what was being explained to me. The CRA through no fault of my own still used my old banking info but assured me that the funds have been redeemed by TD. If so, I fail to believe this bank manager couldn’t have redirected the funds to my new account or at the very least been more helpful. Would NOT recommend getting a mortgage through this bank- at least not specifically Leamington, we’re still in the process and it’s already taken 3 weeks and each time we call for an update we have to call 3+ times just to get ahold of our lady, one time we even had to show up in person. I have friends that just bought a house at another location that had their mortgage done within a week. This has been absolutely ridiculous. Not the experience we expected as first time homebuyers.
