Unfortunately super slow service and just had to leave.
Gave my family nothing but problems with my grandfathers death. Told us that we should’ve known he was going to pass away and put someone as a secondary name on his account before his sudden death. No one likes to communicate and pick up with the problems have been made. Everyone is telling us that the process has been handled wrong but no body would like to fix it.
Well, this branch has a Manager that seems to have the worst attitude I have ever experienced ! After having my business with Td for over 23 years, I experienced the most unprofessional attitude ever. I was not acting irate or being rude to her...I sent in a complaint to head office and closed all my accounts. I hope this manager retirees soon, or can learn to treat customers with a little more respect. I have been waiting seven weeks to settle my mom’s small estate. Took me a month to get an in branch appointment which I was then told they couldn’t do anything and it has to go to Toronto. Now 3 weeks later still nothing. Toronto was to call me within a week but nothing within 3 weeks. I followed up last week and was told it’s in the works but how much work is there for a small estate? Very frustrating! Seven weeks and counting ………..
