I have been waiting seven weeks to settle my mom’s small estate. Took me a month to get an in branch appointment which I was then told they couldn’t do anything and it has to go to Toronto. Now 3 weeks later still nothing. Toronto was to call me within a week but nothing within 3 weeks. I followed up last week and was told it’s in the works but how much work is there for a small estate? Very frustrating! Seven weeks and counting ………..
I find it incredibly inconvenient that the hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday Atleast one weekday with later hours or Atleast half day on Saturday would be nice. Makes it impossible to get into branch when needed.
