Thank you Anthony with your help the past couple of days with my car loan even though I'm not a client you remembered me and I was able to get my bank draft quickly
They have NO clue what they are doing. They will say it's done - then when you call Toll free you will understand important forms are not submitted. You simply wasted hours going to bank and talking to "Advisors". Looks like they pay these people peanuts, so the level of service is also same. What a shame! Not professional at all.

I had to do a third party deposit, but couldn't find all the details required. The bank teller who assisted me was very patient, and tried to help the best she could without revealing pii. Really appreciate her patience, and assistance!
