Was there to solve a simple issue with my debit card because it was broken and they told me since this wasn’t my local branch I couldn’t be issued a new one. I had to drive 2 hours to my local branch to get a new one.
The person assisting me put the wrong account name for my transaction. Another branch’s assistant told me that there was no need to do a wire transfer for my situation, which this guy did and I paid the handling fee. I totally should have saved 16 dollars handling fee. Now it’s wasting my time to fix everything.
I’m not sure why this branch has bad reviews; so far, everyone I encountered there was great. Big thanks to Aditya (Adi) for helping me open my bank account—such a great person who explained everything clearly. I was extremely happy with the service and definitely recommend choosing Aditya as your advisor.
I had an extremely bad experience with this branch, directly from one of the Managers. I have been in business for 25 years with this bank but never have experienced such poor service and she was extremely rude.
Depositing a cheque into an existing TD customer account I had to wait for the evening shift manager to finish her call with her daughter because she had to approve large deposit amount. The teller could have asked the manager to wait because she knew she needed her authorization. I asked if They can do what ever they needed to do while I catch on another business before closing, the teller in very stiff voice told me I had to wait. very unprofessional
