I have had issues with TD in the past and was considering switching (been banking with them for 15+ years) , until I was put in contact with one of their Personal Bankers, John Van De Hogen. John is truly a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to respond. Most importantly he goes above and beyond in ensuring your matters are tended to (and timely). Would recommend John 10/10 to any of my friends or colleagues - he will take great care of you.
I visited TD Bank this afternoon to apply for a credit card, along with my friend who was opening banking accounts. We were assisted by Isabella Wang, who was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process. I have banked with TD my whole life. In fact my mom brought me to this branch to set up my first bank account. Today my sister and I had an appointment at 1 pm to go over our mother’s estate as she had passed in September. At 1:15 we were told Charlotte the person we were meant to see was in a meeting but it wouldn’t be much longer. By 1:30 we were still sitting there waiting, so we got up and asked to rebook our appointment with someone else another day. I think a lot of integrity has been lost in the world.
