I opened my bank account here. TD helped me to get my money back from Air Canada, which cancelled flight but refuse to refund money. Thank you TD, and this branch is my favorite. My teller Haider, he is professional with he work, and he is always patient with customers. Thank you, Haider.

At 5:25pm on a Thursday only 2 tellers were serving clients, if this was a one off I wouldn't be so harsh, I'm into everyone getting 2Nd chances in life but REALLY, At least 80% of my dealings here have the same outcome

Yes the wait can be long, but I prefer to blame those who can do their business online but chose to do it at the teller. I've never had any issues with anyone being rude like some reviews pointed out. I also think that people attract what they put out. If you're rude then expect someone to be rude back? Some policies suck or don't make much sense, but these aren't specific to TD. Yes, the ATM machines are often out of service, but this is also the case at other banks. Had an issue with my account being closed, and I went to this branch for help. The staff were incredibly understanding and professional. A special thank you to EMIL and DHARA for being so patient and helpful,they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciated the respectful and efficient service.
