Je décide d'aller retirer 15$ du guichet même pa 2 sec après le guichet bug énormément mes ma carte reste bloqué 😭😭finalement je suis reparti avec mon 15 mes pa ma carte ..chance que je suis avec une autre banque..Pour le service assez correct
Je tiens à remercier sincèrement Kateryna pour son professionnalisme et son aide rapide dans la résolution d’une situation complexe. Elle a été très efficace, attentive et disponible. J’aimerais également souligner qu’en plus de l’anglais et du français, Kateryna parle aussi ukrainien, ce qui est vraiment appréciable et rassurant.
I don’t see the point of posting the opening hours if not going to stick to it; We waited in freezing cold for 10min past its supposed opening time. Also I don’t understand why the atms are closed as early as 6pm and on weekends, it’s not like the bank needs to pay them overtime…
Only one person working in the whole branch+ the ATM is always closed in the weekends
