Can't see myself coming back. I had an appointment on Tuesday with Maca and am a bit frustrated about how I was informed that my only options for contributing to my FHSA was by purchasing mutual funds or opening a GIC. I wasn't particular keen on either option but I was told those 2 options were all TD had. A few days later I've learned that I can open an FHSA account through TD DI which I wasn't advised on. I was just at the bank to figure out about the balance that makes me confused, and I received service from a woman named Anita who acted like she had a bad attitude with a very high ego, making me reel uncomfortable and unhappy. I didn't even finish my question. She doesn't deserve to serve in customer service with this kind of behavior. What I feel like is that she doesn't like people of colour. This is how I feel inside. I have never felt that way before.
