I have a business account at TD Bank and needed to submit a required update for taxation records. With the uncertainty due to Canada Post I tried to have this branch transfer the forms to the Toronto main office. I was told by the teller that they can not do this. The downtown branches have no issue doing this for customers. Unfortunately there is a lack of customer focused service at this branch.
