I would like to sincerely thank Nadia for her wonderful customer service. Every time I visit, she always helps me with a big smile on her face. She is very friendly, helpful, and always makes the experience pleasant. I also want to mention how stylish and lovely she always appears, which adds to her warm and welcoming presence. I truly appreciate all of her help and support. In my opinion, she is the best at the entire branch. THANK YOU!
Worst td service super slow a lot people just there I think it need better management and service
0 Stars. Booked appointment to renew my mortgage and the mortgage "specialist" completely messed up our application. We ended up paying an extra $1000 and almost another $1000 because of imcompetance. We escalated to the manager who booked a meeting with us and never called or replied to our emails after. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. The online option is much better and professional compared to this branch.
⭐☆☆☆☆ As shown in the photo, there were 11 people ahead of me in line. There were 6 employees present, but only 2 were actually serving customers. The wait time was extremely long and the service was very slow. This level of service is unacceptable for a bank. Very disappointing experience.
