Professional and friendly staff -great experience
Went to this location to open a bank account and was refused. After waiting 20 minutes in line, to find out there were no advisors there to open accounts. Called the branch manager the same day because this was unacceptable. Still awaiting my return phone call, I doubt I will get one.
New teller was excellent! She has been there for last several months and is patient, helpful and smiles.
I called TD support line twice to help me with a wire transfer that went wrong. They told me that the wire transfer department wasn’t picking up their calls and directed me to go to the branch. I went to Ajax branch and explained the situation. They didn’t even ask for my account number. I offered for them to see the receipt of the wire transfer, they didn’t want to see it.
