We have been dealing with this Td branch for almost 26 years and always get the best service. Karen used to be there and Deon is still in this branch they were amazing. Recently we see few new faces and want appreciate few name who go extra mile to help you, Hiral , Vimesh stands out from the rest. Overall this is the best branch with amazing team.
Every time bizarre experience !! The staff does NOT know anything bro literally nothing they will give you 3 rounds to get your debit card they will forget to set your password they will forget to set your pin and so on … bro you can tell from their faces they don’t know nothing 😎 and all the time the line of people is up to the door 😂 yes because staff are calling each other can you come help me here can you come help me there and after several attempts you gets no help .. the manager is chill having fun not even bothered... read more
Very bad bank
TERRIBLE customer service. I worked for TD before and customer service is supposed to be LEGENDARY(the exact word they use) so its mindboggling to me that this worker(who had some rank given she was training someone), gave me such attitude. I went in to cash a couple cheques and I was in MY WORKCLOTHES (I am a painter self employed so its sweat pants and work books) i felt judged, she gave me such attitude when she noticed the christmas cheque from my Memere(whos 86 yrs old..so yes she sends me cheques for xmas lol) and GODF... read more
