I called TD support line twice to help me with a wire transfer that went wrong. They told me that the wire transfer department wasn’t picking up their calls and directed me to go to the branch. I went to Ajax branch and explained the situation. They didn’t even ask for my account number. I offered for them to see the receipt of the wire transfer, they didn’t want to see it. We have been dealing with this Td branch for almost 26 years and always get the best service. Karen used to be there and Deon is still in this branch they were amazing. Recently we see few new faces and want appreciate few name who go extra mile to help you, Hiral , Vimesh stands out from the rest. Overall this is the best branch with amazing team.
