Every time I go to the Dawson Creek location I have wonderful service. Tessana was an amazing help, I would highly recommend her.
16 out of 24 hours, we don't have access to the atm inside. Failing those who work overnight and need the atm in the evenings/early mornings.

I needed to unblock a cheque to be re-posted and because it was morning and my brain wasn't in gear yet, I asked Shelly what info she needed to un-block that amount and that cheque. While we were talking, Shelly said that she knew who I was and she had effected that change. WOW, talking about maneuvering in stealth mode with a cheery friendly disposition.

Neufeld Sammy is exceptional good in helping solving our mortgage problem! She gives clear instructions to make the process simple ! Knowledgeable!. Efficient! Patient skillful! She has an excellent communication skill! And have a good energy ! The whole branch has a good spirit around there as well! We are so thankful!
