I was disappointed with the service I received from the banking advisor. I was asked to return to the bank twice over two days just to inquire about the requirements, which involved long discussions—about an hour each day—with no clear progress or outcome. It felt like the advisor was unsure of the process and couldn’t provide proper guidance
Every time I go to the Dawson Creek location I have wonderful service. Tessana was an amazing help, I would highly recommend her.

I needed to unblock a cheque to be re-posted and because it was morning and my brain wasn't in gear yet, I asked Shelly what info she needed to un-block that amount and that cheque. While we were talking, Shelly said that she knew who I was and she had effected that change. WOW, talking about maneuvering in stealth mode with a cheery friendly disposition.
