Have been using TD and this branch for years… Unfortunately, it’s no longer the same. The staff are incompetent and unprofessional. It’s definitely gone downhill. I highly recommend you take your service and your money elsewhere.
Wonderful experience with a customer service lady at the front desk here. I think her name is Hannah or something like that, I forgot. Extremely cheerful, delightful and helpful. Took her time to explain things to me and clarify any doubts I have. She went as far as showing things to me on my TD app and explaining the different accounts to me. Generally, TD would send me to discuss with an advisor but it wasn’t necessary here because she was knowledgeable and everything was quick.
I went the this branch on the 31th afternoon, The lady in the counter tell us nothing is working because of the holiday!! I went to the branch on Terry fox ,they served me quickly. I went back today to this branch ( because it's close to my house)to deposit some drafted checks in my business account, the same lady was rude and far to be professional, sending me without service. I went again to Terry Fox branch ,I had a nice and quick service. I don't know who select this type of person to service the customers!!!!
i got email from Td bank about payment proplem ,so i went to this bank and i just met David Li and he help me check my acouunt and I foud he is very nice and very knewlagaleble to custermor .thank you Td bank you have best stuff here.
