I had such a mixed experience with this branch for many years but kept giving them chances. Unfortunately, once my advisor Christine was promoted, all professionalism and customer care left along with her. This bank has left me stranded in another country with no communication or help on how to access my funds. They've made many empty promises to help and provide updates yet ignore all calls and emails. Was coming to pick my card for a month, every week. They told me it wasn’t ready yet up until the day I was said it was sent back because I didn’t pick it up
Have been using TD and this branch for years… Unfortunately, it’s no longer the same. The staff are incompetent and unprofessional. It’s definitely gone downhill. I highly recommend you take your service and your money elsewhere.
