Spectacularly unhelpful staff at this location. A huge waste of time to try to set up power of attorney with all the correct paperwork on place.
Saturday morning the 8th of March I had a very pleasant experience. Went in to use ATM machine. A gentleman was using it, so the teller asked to help me. Found out her name was Katie. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Very personable and had an easy going disposition. Left with such a high regard and great opinion of Katie, as well as, other staff. A real asset to your team and I hope she gets a tremendous evaluation.
Dec 13, 2024 I had appointment with David Wardowski today This Td is locat ed 700 Egelson st kanata .He is very friendy and knelegeable .and also my English is not good ,but he try to speal slowly .so i am very happy with TD bank Thank you TD you have amazing stuff Thank you so much David you have a nice weekend!
