Today, my wife went to this location. She comes home coughing and hacking. It's far from Spring so I ask what happened. She allergies to dog fur. A person with a larger than small dog in the bank. Not so bud, but the owner had the dog sitting on the bank counter playing with it. The dog was moving around on the counter. The staff, not only did not handle the situation but were also playing with the dog. Another customer came in with allergies and refused to go to the counter until they wiped it down. Brought my 3 year old in with me today to get a bank draft to buy a car. The team assisted me quickly, and were extremely good with my kid. Great experience
I contact my mortgage advisor Chloe via email and never get a response back. She would reply before I renewed my mortgage. Complete silence after.
