Horrible experience. Muskaan skipped over my appointment. She called me a half n hour before our scheduled appointment when I was in meetings. She did not attempt to call me at our scheduled time at 3pm. I had to contact the branch 3 times to be told she has another appointment. Is this how TD treats their customers? I feel invaluable. I might aswell take my banking elsewhere.
Horrible service. They aren’t much people to help out at the front desk. The investment agent had to use AI to answer my question…
Every time I’ve walked in or called the staff was super helpful and friendly. Melvin, the assistant branch manager provided excellent customer service to my husband & I. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. He remained patient and optimistic in frustrating situations. Thanks Melvin.
Very strategic
I have wonderful experience by yesterday In the Td bank, I met Mr Gurwant Banwait .Omg such a nice gentleman & very helpful he done my work in very short time & the way he treat the customer I can't explain, I came from Waterloo & I have to done something in very urgent, he took 15 min & make it works. THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR .stay Blessed 🙌 & I hope see yoy some time again.
