I requested a bank statement for April to August 2024 on Wednesday. I was told by TD staff that it would definitely be ready by Friday and that I could pick it up at any branch. When I arrived at this branch today, I was told it would not be ready until October 29 at the latest, and that I would also be charged a fee for it. Nearly 25 years with TD Canada Trust. And what a disappointing way to end a banking relationship. I opened my first account in the early 2000s. Over two decades of personal banking, business accounts, credit cards, lines of credit, mortgages and countless transactions. My partner banks with TD.
