In all honesty I expected - way - more attention from a bank as big as TD. After a complain on not being informed or updated on a service I requested more than 72 hours ago and a call to head office ... I got the shortest call known to banking history to tell me that I heared the gentleman who helped me wrong. A bank is a bank, we pay our bills on time I want my update on time too as promised. If you are TD don't reply to this, it's just gonna look fake and it is not what I AM looking for.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at 20 Milverton Dr, Mississauga, ON L5R 3G2 Branch . I followed up for three consecutive days, and the team was still unable to correct a simple phone number on my account. Even after providing all the required supporting documents, the issue remained unresolved. I was assured by a staff member on June 23 at 5:45 PM that the correction would be completed, but there has been no action taken.
