Bin thier twice now and my business card is still not working. Probably gonna change banks. Tired of running back and forth for somthing so simple. Can't even get my card to work, why would I trust you with my money. This is not the first problem either .
i have been using this location for years decades even and i usually get amazing service except when making deposits, so today after months of using the company card with my name as a depositor on the account the bank manager tells me i'm not allowed to use the company card to make deposits and when i asked how can we resolve the issue she again told me i have to bring in account number and cant use the card with my name registered as a user this is ridiculous highly upset at the constant mess around and that the manager off... read more
Not with this bank any longer was through under the bus [after being with them since 2003 ] during the virus out break things got real hard for alot of people. Since when does a bank tell people which account they can or can't have when they are trying to budget to keep cost down. And what is with all the extra charges that no one can explain. And putting bills through that are due till the next day them charging extra for it. You can't with hold money that is not yours small amounts that's fraud.
