The Atm is outside and it's a touch screen. It's a bit hard to see on a sunny day and it could be clean of all the fingers marks more frequently.

I had an excellent experience at the bank today, thanks to Khadija and the manager, Bassam. Khadija was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process—she made everything smooth and stress-free.
