I don't regularly bank here, but when I have gone in for help with change, they have been very kind and professional.
Terrible experience, I went in to apply for a credit card and when I told her the limit I would like, she scoffed and said "your not going to be approved for that much and it will take at least a couple days for your results." I was approved not even 5 minutes after applying with her. The lady was also not a teller, she had an office on the left side of the bank.
