what happened to "open on Saturdays"
I have a bad experience and fell helpless in the branch. I over pay my visa by an accident and I called the visa center to refund the money they owe me. But the person answered in the call center instructed me to go to the branch so they will close my account and give my money back. I went to the branch twice and the manager said she can't help me in that case. Instructed me again to call the visa center. I HAD to give 1 star, otherwise the review would not go through. This TD branch is a worst of all. A couple of people (junior staff members) are courteous and helpful. Branch Manager is the worst of a kind. Pathetic approach towards customers. Comes across more of a bully than being respectful to the customers. Ironically, when you walk in the branch, it has big slogan posted there that says something like "we deal with respect". And then Branch Manager comes across as a person lacking any empathy.
