I applied for a credit card online trough Air Canada website to be able to collect points on aeroplan on August 17 and had a confirmation that my card would take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Today is day 15 (BUSINESS DAYS) and I finally got the message that my card had arrived to the branch. Once I got there to get it they told me that my card was LOST. The branch manager Tyler is FANTASTIC. He helped me work through changes to my mortgage and home ownership. In doing so he communicated quickly and precisely, and everything he said happened exactly as stated. No surprises. Would recommend working with him to anyone. And especially this TD branch. Slogan is “Ready for you, any time, any day” Well.. actually your ATMs never work, and you aren’t open for your posted hours. Posted hours are 9am-6pm. It’s 11:45am and no one is here. Do not open an account with TD, it’s been nothing but horrible service and more for the past few years.
