Slogan is “Ready for you, any time, any day” Well.. actually your ATMs never work, and you aren’t open for your posted hours. Posted hours are 9am-6pm. It’s 11:45am and no one is here. Do not open an account with TD, it’s been nothing but horrible service and more for the past few years.

I have repeatedly had phenomenal service at this SE downtown location, CORE location and North Hill Mall, no matter the day. Staff are always professional, positive and conscientious no matter the request, or time of day. As a customer, I always try to be engaging and positive. We all have days where we would rather not go spend more money, but TD has always sought to assist me whatever the request in a caring and respectful manner.
