I was lucky that there was almost no wait, and even though it was near the end of the business day, the front desk staff welcomed me warmly and told me they could still accommodate me, even offering to split the appointment if needed — which I appreciated. From the start, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. TD is a horrible corporation and has wasted countless hours of my time and offered little benefit. I have moved my house insurance, vehicle insurance and all banking elsewhere.
