You guys have have great team, wonderful customer service.
Very bad customer service. First, the ATM was not able to successfully processing the deposit cheques, then two weeks later with multiple phone calls to the customer support, they still don't know where the cheques are.
I had a wonderful experience at Canada Trust thanks to Alynne! She is incredibly respectful, patient, and truly takes the time to help customers. Canada Trust is always a reliable bank that goes above and beyond to help out. Highly recommend this branch!
Service is getting worst and worst. They got rid of the business queue which makes limited access for people who are busy. I was printed a statement that was not for me. TD was supposed to open at 9 am one day but noticed it was 9:05 am.
