I have been dealing with an estate from overseas, and I wanted to mention that the staff in this branch, especially Michelle and Nathan have been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond what I could ever expect branch employees to do. It is clear that the branch is understaffed and the employees have too much responsibility. However, they are always trying their best to accommodate all of the clients and help them with anything that they need in spite of being understaffed.
