Worst bank ever. Wait time in line always 10 - 30 mins. There is a new teller who chitchat with all the clients and ask people personal questions when there is a huge line up. Don’t know who he is, no name tag. Getting sick of this terrible TD branch, bad service and long wait, they don’t care about their customers anymore.
My experience was great! The people were super friendly and were able to help me out without any problems at all. They explained complicated things I didn’t understand and were super patient with my ignorance. A truly great facility!
I had a great experience at the branch today. The teller who assisted me was very kind and accommodating, helping me count my loose cash. After leaving, I noticed a discrepancy between my receipt and online banking and returned to the branch feeling confused. Dymitro, a trainee, patiently helped investigate the issue, and it turned out to be a simple typing error. I appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service from both staff members.
