Today I had some problem with my account so I went to this bank. Their staff and sanpreet bains is very nice and talked to us very well and solved our problem very well. Thank you very much.
Update: I was in the branch today and it was very busy. Thank you and great job to Kesh and Roshni as well. I am a regular customer and lately the customer service has gone down terribly, especially with the front desk tellers; and even worse with the investment staff. I am avoiding banking visits to this branch as much as I could. However, I need to be fair and say thank you and good job to the only two faces who are always welcoming/smiling and very professional. My big thank you, and five stars go to Karen and Sarah.
Their lack of customer service support is absurd Kept getting the run around on just a simple matter, was very surprised on the branch managers attitude. Felt like they didn’t care about my business, let’s not even mention on how short staff they are at 9am
