I’ve been with TD for years and this branch has been the absolute worse to deal with! Their staff is rude and nosy. Asking the same questions every single time I visit, almost to the point of harassment. My employer issues cheques monthly for the last 20 years and every single time I go into deposit it, I’m hit with 101 questions about where it’s from, how often , why don’t they direct deposit etc. My file is updated , you see it’s from my employer , Stop asking! Terrible customer service! New manger filling in for (JimSon) Her name is Rangit Magat-wouldn’t deposit our business cheques and was treated like a 2nd class citizen…we have been banking in Beaumont TD for 16 years and this is bye far the WORST customer service ever-English was broken and not sure if she even understood our conversations?? Don’t waste your time @ this branch NO CLASS! Better option is to go to TD harvest pointe.
15+ years with Td, have updated and changed my accounts numerous times, today I was given a whole run around and denied help with my account despite the numerous proofs I provided, disappointed with this branch specifically, will be terminating my account permanently.
Received exceptional customer service during my meeting with Kim S. today. He was genuinely kind and helpful. Will be doing all my future banking with Kim... thank you for your care and compassion!
Opening time is showing 9.0 am but now at 9.20 am it is still closed and associate inside is asking we might open at 10.0 am.
