The staff this evening (teller) is very unprofessional and rude. She keeps on cutting me off and says "I know that". Worst staff I have met ever.
Extremely unprofessional staff!! Gita is very rude and arrogant. My husband and I travelled from downtown to Chappell for an appointment with one of their staff and instead of 2 pm we thought it was 3 pm. On requesting Gita to accommodate us just for a few minutes she started shouting at us and asked us to leave. I lost my temper and told her to be polite and be respectful to your existing clients . This is the worst branch among TD Bank branches. Most of the employees are rude. They need training, starting with how to greet customers.
Was seen by Kaitlyn! And oh man was she ever helpful I lost my card and didn't recognize some of the charges but she was super thorough in explaining what I was looking at and not to worry! And she got the new card real quick and easy! Absolutely amazing service!
