Was seen by Kaitlyn! And oh man was she ever helpful I lost my card and didn't recognize some of the charges but she was super thorough in explaining what I was looking at and not to worry! And she got the new card real quick and easy! Absolutely amazing service!

This place is terrible I went to get my first bank account set up to day and the lady never gave me a pin to activate my card so now I just have money in there that I can’t take out and I can’t spend it so thank you td for giving me this eye opening experience that you are all useless
It is the most unhelpful branch I have ever dealt with. The tellers refuse to help with the line up and just sit at the till and refuse to take the clients. Even when you get to a teller, they provide the worst customer care. They are aggressive in tone and very unprofessional.
