I rarely take it to the level where I have to write negative reviews and ask for the manager, however TD Chapelle has some of the most unprofessional and incompetent workers I have ever come across. I came in last Monday needing a bank statement for time sensitive paperwork, to which the man who was at the counter, told me that it would be two days before it arrives and then I can come back Wednesday to come pick it up.
