Slowest service ever! I've been waiting more than 15 minutes and the three tellers are still talking to the same client. People are leaving the bank in frustration. This location Needs better management.
Went to use the bank machine this morning and I get strange look from the staff going in. Get home and I get a call from opp. Suspicious of me to use the bank machine. ?? Maybe get your facts straight ladies. I will have to change banks.
Jennifer Rush is a gem. She helped 3 kids get accounts and went above and beyond. She gave them advice, showed them how to navigate their accounts, set them up to finacially plan for their future. She was fun, charming, and bubbly. If you have a chance to work with her, you won't be disappointed. Appreciate the great service. Edit: this is at the Bancroft location.
