I am unsure of how other td branches operate but this one is a major downfall. This is the only branch we have used the few times we’ve dealt with them and every time has been awful. Customer service is non existent, wait in line for 20 minutes before being helped due to only 1 person at the counter, and even when we had an appointment for 5pm we weren’t seen until 5:10 even though the guy sat in his office for those 10 minutes. Staff are very accommodating and helpful with day to day bank needs. If you need a mortgage broker, i strongly recommend Kristina Bautista she is very good at we she does and gets things done
We had just moved and had some problems, Bryan was terrific, went out of his way to help. I can't say enough about his kindness and how much he tried to help us. The rest of the staff follow his leadership.
