Haha just look at all the negative reviews about this place. It's the worst branch ever. Go anywhere but here .. I'm going to close my accounts because of this specific branch and it's horrible customer service.
Totally inept and rude, worst bank experience in a while.
I am unsure of how other td branches operate but this one is a major downfall. This is the only branch we have used the few times we’ve dealt with them and every time has been awful. Customer service is non existent, wait in line for 20 minutes before being helped due to only 1 person at the counter, and even when we had an appointment for 5pm we weren’t seen until 5:10 even though the guy sat in his office for those 10 minutes.
