Dont waste your time here. Customer service is non existent. They dont know how to do their job at all. Its like watching a chicken run around with its head cut off.
Worst customer service and several disrespectful staff members. Tried giving them a chance more than once. I will not be returning.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a TD Bank branch. I came here simply to deposit $200 into my mother’s account and ended up wasting more than 25 minutes in a line that stretched all the way to the door. After all that waiting, instead of helping me quickly, the teller gave me an even harder time by demanding unnecessary details like the account number and branch number — something I have never been asked for before, since deposits can usually be done with just the phone number. I recently opened a bank account at TD and had the pleasure of being helped by Johnathan Caklos. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Johnathan was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I understood all my options and set me up with what worked best for me. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with genuine care for the customer, but Johnathan did exactly that. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re opening an account at TD!
No wonder they have such a low rating, on google reviews, worst customer service in any of the TD branches I have visited, after 30 minutes wait didn’t expect this pathetic and unprofessional attitude by one of the Duty manager Ajmal Meer , Doesn’t know how to talk to the customers, Please TD , send him for training , I have been with the TD for over 24 years, never expected this policing attitude with zero respect and appreciation for customers.
