So grateful for this branch for helping me get on track with my financial journey. The branch manager, Ashley, is so considerate of my goals and supports me in creating a plan that is realistic and attainable. She is always giving me suggestions on how I can better manage my money and TRULY cares. Would highly recommend!!!!

I think this is a fantastic branch and I am always greeted with a smile!
A little slow for response, but they pay attention to detail. As they are a branch (for customers), the added benefit of a branch helps with most customers instead of driving into Kelowna. A branch is made for quick convenience and is limited at anything “branch level”. Any personal issues or main issues should go to the Kelowna main bank.
I highly recommend only doing basic banking at this branch. For anything complex or mortgage renewals, go to a busier branch with more experienced employees
