I love the staff here. Amazing friendly and helpful. Would recommend this bank to all my people!
Locked me out of my account for no reason?! No warning about “hey we might cut you off from all your money if you send a wire transfer” That’s some shady stuff.
5 stars to 3. No longer open Saturday or Monday and closed early. Not very convient for people that work all day and all week. Also the atm is always not working on weekends.
Went to the bank today to get my last 6 months of bank statement and met with Highly incompetent manager who straight up refused to print me the statement. She said she is working here from last 15 years yet don’t know the difference between a Transaction history and a account’s monthly statement. She simply printed me off the transaction history and argued that “THIS IS THE STATEMENT” when i repeatedly said that I do not need my monthly transactional history but instead I need my official MONTHLY ACCOUNT STATEMENT. So grateful for this branch for helping me get on track with my financial journey. The branch manager, Ashley, is so considerate of my goals and supports me in creating a plan that is realistic and attainable. She is always giving me suggestions on how I can better manage my money and TRULY cares. Would highly recommend!!!!
