The incompetency of the new branch manager and new workers here has been astounding. We've never had so many issues for a small loan before. Usually it takes about a week to 2 weeks to get approval. It has been over a month and these inbesels cannot even send my lawyer directions. The girl Unundi is completely unqualified to be a teller let alone a mortgage/ loan specialist.
