In branch service was great. Advisor meeting online was a nightmare x2. Advisor had no idea what he was talking about .
This is the first location that I have ever had a cheque held in all my years with TD. Was told there was nothing they can do. Managers couldn’t resolve it as well. Took the cheque to another branch and it was deposited with no fuss.
TD stands for totally down!! 2nd review of this bank, as my first review "disappeared"
I opened a new unlimited chequing account three days ago and Rachel the one who assisted me was amazing, very easy to talk to and overall just made the experience very smooth.
