Been banking Canada Thrust/TD bank at Vic Prk amd danforth for over 25 yrs Today..what i witnessed was the most deplorable thing ever. The blatant rudeness towards senior citizens and people with some disability. Being spoken to in a very condescending manner,being disrespectful,dismissive and marginaliznig. Shameful!

I came in today to get help with unlocking my debit card The first lady who i spoke to (African descent, red hair, loud and obnoxious) was quick to dismiss me and write down a phone number for me to call. I explained to her that i called this number before my visit, they had me waiting an hour and hung up on me. This woman was smiling and laughing with her previous customers and upon one look at me she decided to express a withdrawn and extremely dismissive personality. I took the number and called it again.
