Rude employees even online and 30 to 1 hr wait time. Also charged me over $44 in fees this month as I had a fraud on my checking account and had to buy groceries with the savings account. This used to be a good bank I'd give it 0 stars
Sometimes saving money at a savings account. You must keep it and sooner or later if your credit card need to pay. For starters pay from $100.00 to $175.00 & ask the teller: "How much I owe you for VISA Charges?"

I went there to apply for a LOC for my wedding which happened last weekend and continued to get ghosted with no response whatsoever. I tried to apply a month in advance and continued to get ghosted by Brandon Papadomou. He told me to send my documentation and set up appointments only to waste my time and not end up applying for the LOC.
