So sad it’s take time on que! Just two teller was going it’s so slow!!!! More than 20 people on the line!
Visited on April 16 around 4:20 PM with a line of over 30 people and only 3 tellers visibly working. I walked over to the glass room near the teller area where four employees were gathered, two women seated, one man seated, and another woman standing by the door wearing her jacket, clearly ready to leave. They were casually chatting and not assisting, despite being able to see the long line. I asked if someone could help. Non-experience manager When I withdraw my money, they’re asking a lot of questions. I give all answer and they sent to message and then I show them my message. They confirm and I show my ID. Also they confirm and finally they bring one form for me. They said it filled the form and sign and I told them I don’t take a loan from bank. I just take money from my money why I am signing and fill the form so it’s very complicated and unnecessary question they ask me.
I had a great experience with Cristina at this branch. Customer service at its best. I waited in line for about 40 minutes exhausted, but I reach in front of her totally forgot the long wait. She was so professional with her service,she apologize to me for the long wait. Whatever you do keep her on the Frontline with her great customer service. I Left that bank with no complaints.
