Very bad behavior that we got from an employee, today. This is really unexpected
3rd location I've driven to today along danforth and Out of Service machine outside. Doors are locked to use inside machines..TD reputation has gone down the drain..!! Leaving this bank soon.!
The easy line insurance had me on waiting on the line for 40 min
In my experience, this branch provides some of the worst service I have ever encountered. The manager is especially rude and unprofessional, and the overall staff lacks basic customer service skills. Their behavior is often disrespectful and dismissive. As a businessman, I find it unacceptable to be made to wait in line for hours—sometimes more than 3 to 4 hours—just to receive basic service.
