I would like to share my experience with TD Westlock over the past few months. That have gone way above and beyond to make this customer very happy. The friendly and knowledgeable customer reps and most amazing Manager, Arlene Sharpe have made what started as a lot of confusion and a tragedy in my mind to a seamless and stress free experience. These Communists sized peoples bank accounts for attending a protest. Today a federal court ruled the use of the emergencies act by Trudeau was illegal. TD bank is in a lot of trouble. They committed crimes.
Had to pick up a new credit card at this branch that isn't even my regular branch but because TD cancelled my credit card unnecessarily, I now have to drive 2 hours to this Westlock branch to pick it up. In attempting to explain this to a teller who's first name begins with J, she showed no concern, had no interest in hearing my situation, and informed me I had 30 days to pick the card up.
