Just had an incredible experience with a teller by the name of Victor Shum ! I came in with a whole bunch of rolled coins just as he had mentioned he was about to leave shift. He stayed to help me and he couldn’t have been a nicer more respectable guy super friendly made the experience really awesome and I really want to thank him again. Thank you Victor Shum!!
First ever TD branch that a teller pointed her finger at me asking what my name was. She was very friendly with the previous customer but never bother to even smile saying hi. I was with my father and son at the time so I didn’t want to make a scene. But I would avoid this branch if possible.
Gagan is the best, she helped us renew our mortgage. Also while waiting in line the worker inquired and directed us since we had an appointment.
I have no difficulties understanding why this SPECIFIC branch has so many 1 star reviews. I have been here twice and both instances were absolutely frustrating. My recent visit ended up with what should have been a simple foreign currency withdrawal taking over 25 minutes (AFTER seeing the teller initially) as the two women at the desks gossiped with eachother, while completely ignoring me waiting for them to finish up their chat.
