Horrible time management and pathetic customer service. Waited for 20min and no one checks in on you for the scheduled appointment. After we left, he called with no reason being late and any intention of rescheduling or retaining business. Thank you Nakul Kaushal for wasting our time! Idk why there are so many negative 1 star reviews. I went to this location around 9:15 This branch is just like any other td branch. Yeah each customer will take minimum 10-20 minutes talking to the banker. But this branch has 4 ppl helping customer busily. (although the aged chubby female worker on far right side seemed to be talking to customer for 30 minutes no joke) In some richmond branches theres only 2-3 ppl helping customer. Compared to that this place is good.
