Very unprofessional Lack of product knowledge(had to educate staff on standard procedures with the assistance of another branch in order to achieve day to day banking needs after I was insulted and sent on my way by a very unhelpful and rude teller) The ENTIRE staff was insulting and unhelpful ignorant and rude. Quite frankly I was bullied out of the bank. What do customers need to do in order to get service from branch number 3064 out of Mount Forest?

Disappointing. ATMs are now closed. Cannot take money out after hours. This is unprofessional to say the least. I don't usually write reviews, however this is now affecting my life style, and is unacceptable. Will be switching to a more professional bank that actually cares about their clients. Wish i could give negative stars.
