Good score for friendly service, lower score for slow service. At midday on a Tuesday, three tellers open, all doing apparently complex transactions. MCS came and assisted one with some cash but othwise did nothing, while the line is out the door. Just open another wicket!
I'm physically unable to stand long with my canes and there's always a long line up with no rush to open more tellers even when you see them milling about and if you sit in the chairs by the wall you lose your place in line. Very frustrating when they make no attempt to help even though they can see when someone is struggling
The one tall blonde teller that has been there way too long is the most ignorant person I have ever encountered in my life Smart ass comments slow as hell The worst of the worst
3rd time my home branch of 30 years has screwed me by locking their ATM before 10pm. I'm not going in there to smoke crack I promise ... I just want to be able to withdraw my own money .
