3rd time my home branch of 30 years has screwed me by locking their ATM before 10pm. I'm not going in there to smoke crack I promise ... I just want to be able to withdraw my own money .
You can not get access to the ATM after the bank closes...this is unacceptable for this location....ATM is closed from Saturday at 4 pm till Monday morning ....
Laura is the best customer experience associate that any bank can have! She provides top notch customer service and even helped me dearly.
Slow slow slow is all I can say... There can be a line up with only one teller open! With a line up for the business teller. No matter how many people lined up employees stayed behind their desks.
NEVER enough people working. Always long lines.
