Staff are generally useless beyond basic tasks. Went in to talk to them about getting a credit card months ago, was left sitting in a chair for half an hour (after reporting in for a scheduled appointment) because nobody actually bothered to notify the representative that I was there. Representative convinced me to go for a low-rate card under the pretense that a certain promotion would be available on it after a month of receiving it. That promotion never materialized. My good friend banks at this branch. His wallet was stolen so he didn't have ID to cash his cheque and he didn't see that his cheque was dated for several days later. He was depending on this cheque to get back home. The bank wasn't able to cash the cheque so they very generously gave him $50 to get back home. This doesn't happen very often that a manager steps in and has empathy for a customer so I had to give this awesome review on behalf of my friend because he doesn't contribute to Google Map reviews.
