Genuinely useless went in with a complaint about their app and they sat there with me on hold for half hour and said that there’s no point in calling genuinely terrible service
Miss. Sarah Scott is the person to look for at this branch. Not only is she extremely personable and kind to deal with, she is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She rectified a wire transfer which was entered incorrectly by the teller and which surprisingly was approved by the manager. Sarah absolutely knows what she is doing and that was totally reflective in the way she calmed down and took charge of the situation. An absolute gem of an employee to have.

Would be nice if they brought back Sunday banking to the branch again. Hard to bank when you are only available most Sundays and the bank is closed on Sundays. Hope they bring it back to being open Sundays.
