It is a bank, good service for the counter, for most question you need an appointment, staff change a lot. Their knowledge is limited and often required a supervisor. When request a bank draft issue from a business account, they can't print the company name for x reason on the draft. They always put the name of the person requesting the draft. I made a TD Canada account online without knowing that I had to go into a branch to verify my identity. This was the closest branch to where I am in Vermont and I was nervous that I would drive all the way north and not be able to unlock my account. So I called ahead and an agent assured me that I would be able to verify my identity with anyone available and that I didn’t need an appointment. J’ai demandé une question à l’employé car cela fait 2 mois que m’a carte crédit est expiré et que j’en ai pas reçu une nouvelle. Je lui mentionne que cela est la 2ieme fois que cela m’arrive. Je lui demande ce que je peux faire pour que ça n’arrive pas et il me répond que c’est automatique. J’ai reçu aucun aide je crois sérieusement tout changer mes comptes pour dejardins.
