Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Today I went into this TD branch to pick up a replacement card after my original card was compromised. After contacting the bank, I was explicitly told to visit the closest branch to receive a new card. I was assisted by a lightskin guy with Jerry curls. He was polite, but it became clear that he did not fully understand what he was doing as he already completed the process on giving me the card. Horrible service, they have hired this new Manager of Customer Service who cares more about his lunch being delivered than actual customer service. He hides behind the wall by the copier making decisions on holds without coming forward and verifying if the deposits are in fact regular or not. Needs some common sense training on not only customer service but what scenario should constitute a hold.
