There are 4 stations but only one bank teller providing service and it was around 4pm on Friday
I booked an Appointment at this branch with one of the representatives (Karan Deol), I left work, reached the bank on time, announced myself at the reception and waited. Karan didn't bother to come out or talk to me, after 30 mins i asked the clerk if Karan would seeing me, the clerk poked his head through a window to ask and after around 5 more mins of talking, the clerk turned to me and asked why I wanted to see Karan. I had lost too much time and needed to return to work, so I excused myself and left.
