Very disappointing experience at the TD branch at Financial Dr & Mississauga Rd. I pay the same bill in person every month at different TD branches and have never been told that a card is required. Today, at 5:45, Danielle insisted I could not proceed without a card. After checking with her colleague Ravlen Kaur, they both stated this was “policy,” yet could not explain why I have been able to complete this same transaction at other branches without any issue. Need to improve service. All customer services is not good as my experience. All other branches are good but this branch is not good service.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Today I went into this TD branch to pick up a replacement card after my original card was compromised. After contacting the bank, I was explicitly told to visit the closest branch to receive a new card. I was assisted by a lightskin guy with Jerry curls. He was polite, but it became clear that he did not fully understand what he was doing as he already completed the process on giving me the card.
