I have had to work with this lender for a client's construction loan. Not only have they been very disorganized, they have allowed the client to manipulate draw schedules and progress inspection reports, without our consent as the GC, in what should have been a simple and subjective process. I have worked with dozens of lenders in my many years of custom construction and never have I encountered a lender that was so unprofessional in their dealings. If you are a builder, I would recommend staying away from this lender.
Very satisfied with TD. Have usual account plus had a Home Equity and now a mortgage. Almost 100% handled on line or by phone.
If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Service is absolutely nonexistent. I refinanced my house and now they service the loan. They screwed up my paperwork so my payment never went to my account. Try to get someone on the phone to straighten it out? - forget about it!!!!!
This bank does not care about their customers at all. The customer service is terrible. They put you on hold, then hang up. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not bank with them, run.
