Working ATM.
The worst thing about this bank is they open whenever they want. They have posted hours but don’t follow them, so if you take time to go to the bank they might be open or maybe not. You never know. It is frustrating
While I’m very disappointed that you’ve closed several branches and your hours have been cut, I cannot say enough positive things or be happier with the customer support, the knowledge, and the helpfulness of the people who work for TD Bank - they are exceptional. Shout to Mike and another woman name I can’t quite remember. Mike was a wealth of knowledge and just good conversation. It’s the old school customer service touch. The woman behind the front desk helped me close a CD and move some other things around on my accounts. She couldn’t close one on the same day and said she’d do it tomorrow. That’s what they all say … a day later my app shows the account was closed.
