This is my second time leaving a review for this branch. It took over 10 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. Meanwhile the associates are sitting around watching, talking, and doing nothing. The customer service is well below average compared to other branches, and the lack of social awareness is astounding. These people should not be managing your money, yet here we are.
This branch is incompetent and dysfunctional. They are usually understaffed, and there is a 50% chance of the ATM being broke on any day that ends in a "Y." It took me 15 minutes to make a small deposit because the drive thru had no attendant and the ATM was broken. Please get your act together for Christ sake.
They never pick up the phone
Been using this bank since it was Commerce. They are FANTASTIC! Everyone that has worked there or continues to work there is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The management is always around and everyone remembers you personally. Brynn & Steve are both excellent!!!!
