This bank a disaster, I called regarding someone else check withdrawn from my account, and they ask me to enter 4 digit phone code to proceed??? What in the world is that?
Some of the worst customer experience you’ll possibly ever experience at a bank. I’m actively trying to close my accounts due to their poor customer service
