I'm a business owner, and I give TD Bank 5 stars. Mike from TD Bank is awesome went the platform great customer service he very knowledgeable, very friendly, and highly recommended.
This is my second time leaving a review for this branch. It took over 10 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. Meanwhile the associates are sitting around watching, talking, and doing nothing. The customer service is well below average compared to other branches, and the lack of social awareness is astounding. These people should not be managing your money, yet here we are.
