I have banked with TD Bank for years. I’ve used the branches in King of Prussia and in West Chester , Pennsylvania. My interactions at both have been subpar to say the least. Today I went to the Exton branch after my card had been hacked. They were so helpful expedient and understanding during a time where many can be very stressed. I want to especially give a shout out to Mark for being so kind and informative!
Had a wonderful experience today at TD-Bank. Courteous, kind, helpful and particularly welcoming to my granddaughter. Definitely my favorite.
