My mentally challenged cousin has been banking with TD Bank for many years. When her life partner died, she cancelled their joint account and opened a new one, then deposited a check from her stepmother (as she had been doing every month). Preston at TD bank is wonderful! He came to Jenkintown High School to provide a financial literacy course and he was so personable and informative!
Worst TD !!!! Tellers & managers treat long time customers horribly. Long wait for a teller. Atm is always out of service. 6 times in the past year... They always ask . Is there's anything else they can do for you.? How about better service & FIXING YOUR ATM .
I'll keep it short. I received an invitation offer. I thought, "Ok, we'll give them a shot." Spent the 15 minutes filling out the form, and even got my company's pay portal ready to swap. Got done the form and received a message that approval can't be made online and I would need to go to the branch. This isn't a credit card. It's a bank account. Why would approval be needed? Anyway, seems to be a bait and switch. I've never had a problem with an account, ever. So as far as I'm concerned, this place can shove it.
